Absolutely awsome! This software made my company a major success. I couldn't have done it without it.

Pros:

Love The organization of all my documents. My company was a mess. Boardly customer support made it an awesome experience.

Cons:

I had some issues with gaining access to my account, after my computer was left on the plane. It was stolen and someone gained access to all my personal info and made a mess of it.

Modern, purpose-built, reasonable price.

Overall it was great. Easy to use and serves the purpose. You can use the app straight away without having to deal with a sales agent. Price is reasonable, way much cheaper than Diligent or the big ones, for exactly the same functionality.

Pros:

Super easy to use, intuitive and self-serve. You can start using it without having to book a demo or speak to a sales agent. The Ai is also quite good. It helps a lot when drafting messages for the Board or Committee. Transparent pricing, you know right away what you are paying for without having to negotiate with a sales agent. Team is pretty responsive to ticket requests.

Cons:

Not much I can think of. We are a medium company (200 employees), with a moderate requirement. It's serving the purpose so far.

Reasons for switching to Boardly

Diligent is very expensive, lots of bugs, and poor customer support.

Best value for money

Been really great experience so far. The software was smooth and very easy to use. Tried the platform without having to speak to a Sales rep. Within 2 days, we knew it’s the solution we need. Unlike other platforms we’ve explored, we did not have to go through Sales demos and pricing negotiations.

Pros:

It is purpose-built for board and management reporting, so expect to see most (if not all) the functionalities you need to manage your governance reporting. The app has a modern feel to it, and also available in mobile phones and iPads, which come very handy. Fully self-serve, we’ve been able to try and use it straight away. Minimal efforts needed to implement. It’s the best value for your money. The other solutions I’ve checked were extremely expensive.

Cons:

There is nothing I can think of. For the size of our team, it serves it’s purpose very well.

End-to-End Board Reporting Software

Pros:

It steamlines the board reporting process. It has end-to-end workflows, from report review and approval, to the actual board meetings (digital board book). Also, AI is a big help in writing board reports and in writing meeting minutes. It's easy to use, and it gets more things done than the previous software we use, for less cost. Our account manager is very responsive and helpful.

Cons:

No report highlighters. Alternatively, they use comments and digital post its.

It was a great experience overall. Transparent pricing, we pay $39 per seat/month, which includes the Ai features.

- Purpose built for Board and Sub-Committee governance. - Use of AI to proofread, rewrite, shorten, board papers. It generates exec summary, conclusion, recommendations, and all, it make report writing a lot easier. - Generate meeting minutes in click of a button. - Available in Mobile apps. - Very easy to use. - You know exactly how much you'll pay as it's available in their website. - It is a next gen version of Diligent and Board pro.

Cons:

- It is still relatively new. Cons, there isn't a lot of reviews online. Pros, the founder is quite hands-on when it comes to our customer feedback and they move fast.

Pros:

Easy sign-up, and easy to implement. The most affodable solution in the market, and gets the work done in my opinion. Chat support is very responsive.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. For the price point, it's fully self-serve. Figure things out yourself, but it was not a hindrance. We still got through quickly.
