Solución practica en todo sentido

Contacte con ellos para que me cuenten sobre su producto y sinceramente no veo contras en la propuesta de valor. Avanzamos y estamos super contentos con la solución. Es un ganar-ganar para todos los involucrados (managers, equipo de comerciales, dirección, etc.). Otorga una mayor transparencia y efecto directo a nivel tiempo y motivacional para el equipo.

La facilidad de uso y adaptabilidad para las necesidades que tenemos. Eso descontando lo obvio: el ahorro en tiempo y la eficiencia para hacer el pago de comisiones a todo el equipo.

Cons:

Aún no hay nada que podamos criticar. Si bien el producto tiene oportunidades de seguir robusteciendose, son una startup que acaba de comenzar y seguro va a traer cada vez mejores features.

Gran software para manejo de equipos de venta

La verdad que fue muy positiva, el equipo de Commet es muy responsivo y en todo momento estuvo predispuesto para ayudarnos a sacar provecho de la herramienta. El tiempo de implementación fue de menos de una semana y nos brindaron toda la documentación.

La cantidad de tiempo que nos ahorramos gestionando al equipo, y la claridad de los objetivos de cada uno de los miembros generaron un impacto muy positivo, no solo en cuanto a logro de objetivos sino que tambien en la motivación del equipo. Algunas de las cosas que pudimos lograr gracias a commet fueron: - Transparencia en el pago de comisiones - Objetivos claros para todo el equipo - Generación de reportes para el C-Level

Lo unico malo que puedo mencionar es que en su versión gratuita no se aprecia todo el valor que puede brindar al no permitirse las integraciones, pero es algo logico dado el tiempo de setup que conllevan

La sencillez y rapidez para calcular las liquidaciones de las comisiones, todos entienden bien en claro el motivo por el cual trabajan.

Cons:

No hay algo en específico que no me haya gustado, sino en niveles de agrado que está más abajo es la claridad visual, me gustaría tener a veces iconos más grandes o alguna opción para poder cambiarlo.
