10 Stars, Superior Sphere Marketing Program

I've not had a lot of experience with FYF customer service; however, the one time I did have to email a rep from the company, I received a response within one business day, from what I recall. The quality of the cards are always superior; they have great partners with local and nationwide businesses; and to my recollection, they've always sent them out on time and are received in a timely manner. I am not sure how their pricing rivals other companies, but from my experience, I think From Your Friends is worth every penny. The design tool is easy to use, though it can be problematic if they've had an update or if you have particular anti-virus programs. I've had a couple issues but have almost always resolved upon clearing my cache and cookies. They have plenty of pre-drafted templates that I often use and plenty of varying design options. Definitely would recommend for sphere marketing.

Customer service is excellent! I’ve been helped by more than one person to either cancel a month or two, reinstate my subscription, etc. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been patient and kind.

Trying to remember my password;) Seriously, i’ve not had a bad experience with your company, although I may prefer other restaurants, etc.

I have used them for years. I love that I can pick and choose the postcards I want to send. Clients often keep these postcards with the intent to use them. They expire after 2 months. It keeps me top of mind. I believe they are a another reason why my clients remember me and refer me. Who needs another recipe, when you can go out and have fun at a discount?

I don't have a con. I love the personal service. They answer their phone. They ensure my personalization is up to date

We have been using this program since almost the beginning. It is a great way to stay in front of our cliental each month.

Cons:

When we first started with the program, some of the deals were a little more of a WOW factor. As this program has grown, the are now more generic. Lot's more chains that have ads everywhere and our cards are not as special.

From Your Friends is such an easy platform to use and I love the fact that I can give a little benefit back each month to my Past Clients, keeping top of mind while I'm at it!

Cons:

I wish they served other Counties outside of Milwaukee as far as coupons go... I have several past clients that aren't close to Milwaukee County.

Excelent "top of mind" resource!

Very good. I've forgotten to update a couple of postcards this year and FYF stopped production for me so not only did the product with a out of date card not go out I also wasn't charged. Thank you FYF!

The graphix on the template postcards is antiquated but still works. Canva is a better option
