Great Solution for Staff and Client management

Overall, my experience has been very good. The system is user-friendly, and the layout makes it easy to navigate even during busy periods. Rotawiz is user-friendly and great solution for staff and client management system for NDIS service providers.

Cons:

A lot of updates and shift transitions are not being communicated or notified in advance, which is causing gaps in our scheduling and affecting service continuity.

A platform that offers everything and continues to offer more!

We have been using the RotaWiz platform for quite sometime and our overall experience with RotaWiz has been great, after rostering, staff management, invoicing ect though another extremely large and expensive platform transitioning over to RotaWiz has been easy and straight forward not just for us but also our staff.

Pros:

RotaWiz has been a great platform for all types of shift management and scheduling, user friendly and easy to navigate and customer service team always willing to help. RotaWiz is also packed with all the same features that other rostering platforms do but for a faction of the price.

Cons:

We have currently faced no issues so far while using RotaWiz, so I cannot write anything negative towards the software

Reasons for switching to RotaWiz

Shift care is very overpriced, the customer service takes a long time - canceling has been an on going nightmare. RotaWiz offers all the great features at a way better price, the application is very user friendly and has a clean look.
