Enjoy running projects Visually!!! But

it enables me to visually collaborate, brainstorm, and manage projects in a dynamic and interactive way. Canvas designed to transform discussed ideas into actionable tasks directly within Monday boards. in summary, Monday.com WorkCanvas is a powerful collaborative whiteboard tool that supports project retrospectives, flow charts, workshops, and dynamic task visualization. While its potential to streamline project management is clear, our organization's current licensing and access limitations hinder full utilization.

Pros:

It provides an integrated space to map and create the thoughts in a visual way! on a daily bases, WorkCanvas enables me to visually collaborate, brainstorm, and manage projects in a dynamic and interactive way. It’s a great design to transform my ideas into actionable tasks directly within Monday project boards.

Cons:

Not from the usage view but sharing what you've created to the group will require a licensing access to view. so, unless all of your audience is a work canvas licenses holders, most of the time, your creation cannot be sharable effectively

I love using WorkCanvas with my team for complex projects that needed to be mapped out and aligned across the company, especially for the part we need to present it to management.

Cons:

I feel like there are a lot of features we have yet to discovered and need a deep dive to the templates... so far its been great.
