Scritches 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

I’ve been a pet sitter/boarder/walker for a while now and originally started out on Rover. I got pretty turned off by the lack of support, the high fees, and just feeling like I wasn’t in control of my own business. I started looking for something better—and that’s when I found Scritches. This platform really does tick all the boxes for me. It’s simple to use, makes me feel like I’m in charge of my business again, and actually supports independent sitters instead of making things harder (like deleting your account forever the second a client suggests going off app :/) The biggest highlight for me is [sensitive content hidden]. He’s so responsive and open to feedback—it feels amazing to know that questions and ideas are actually heard and acted on. That kind of personal connection makes a huge difference, and it gives me so much confidence that Scritches will only keep getting better over time. Not to mention, it's really fairly priced for the features! I love that 20% of my hard earned money doesn't go to an app that does nothing for me beyond the initial contact with new clients. I’m genuinely excited to be part of this from the start and to support a platform that actually cares about sitters. Can’t wait to see what features come next!

I’ve been running my own little pet sitting service for a couple years now, and switching to Scritches has been one of the better moves I’ve made. The interface feels clean and fresh. I’ve tried other systems and they all felt like someone built them in 2010. With Scritches I find myself clicking around naturally, instead of always thinking “ugh where is that button”. It doesn’t feel like I need a manual just to check my schedule or configure my business.

Fantastic. I have been with a other pet sitting for software for almost ten years and switched to Scritches. I love the calendar option where I can block dates and times, the client reports are adorable and all in all its very easy to use. The admin takes your requests for changes seriously and is constantly tweaking it to make it even better. I give them two paws up!

Scritches has been a total game-changer for my small business! I offer mobile Vet Tech services, not exactly what the program is intended for. That being said, it is the only program I have found that helps with workflow, bookkeeping, and client scheduling. The program has been easy to set up, and the developer has been very responsive to feature requests. I feel like I know him personally! I recommend this to all my colleagues, and I am grateful to have stumbled across it.

Overall scritches has made my job so much easier for note taking, calendar, booking needs and everything else. Its an app I've been trying to find for a while but couldn't until recently. I think ill be using it for years to come and truly believe in them 🥰

I left Time To Pet back in 2017 when I stopped drop-in's and decided to focus solely on Private Home Boarding and switched to Square which I hated but I couldn't find a pet boarding software that worked for me at the time. Earlier this year, a pet sitter on Facebook recommended Scritches and although it does have features geared towards drop-in's as well, it does work pretty decently for my boarding service so I decided to give it a go and so far I'm pleased!

Overall, I've been really happy with the service. Invoicing is easy for both me and my clients, and the cost per month is minimal for what it offers me in return. It's nice to have everything in one place for quick reference, too. I'm a sole business owner (no employees) and it does all the things I need it to.

Everything has been good so far. Developer responds to questions and suggestions. It is straightforward to use.
