Pros:

First of all, the tool just works! All the features are well thought out and integrated seamlessly into a pleasant working experience. New features are still regularly being added.

Cons:

If I have to mention one, it takes some effort, because of the nature of what the tool tries to accomplish, to do manuals well and have them consulted regularly. Having said this, this tool is by far the best solution that I have come across thus far.

Manual.to biedt ons de software die we nodig hebben om kennismanagement binnen het werkplekleren in industriële context te kunnen verbeteren. Het biedt een systeem voor digitale werkinstructies die het mogelijk maakt om gebruiksvriendelijk instructies te schrijven en delen onder teams.

Pros:

De nieuwe AI-feature maakt de software voor mij af omdat dit de snelheid van het ontwikkelen van instructies zo sterk verhoogt en zo de hoeveelheid werk aanzienlijk verkort.

Cons:

Wat mij betreft zijn er geen nadelen. Manuel.to bevraagt zijn klanten regelmatig om feedback te verzamelen en vervolgens gaan zij aan de slag om de software nog beter te maken. Meerdere bedrijven met dezelfde noden en we moeten vervolgens niet lang wachten op de gewenste feature…

Very good tool for shopfloor and admin instructions

Mooie tool voor interactieve werkinstructies.

Fijn bedrijf om mee samen te werken, ook ondersteunen ze je volledig in de aanloop en realisatie van het uitrollen binnen de eigen organisatie.

Gebruiksvriendelijke software, overzichtelijk en snel te maken werkinstructies welke gemakkelijk leesbaar zijn voor een breed publiek.

Cons:

Beperkte huisstijl mogelijkheden om het systeem 'eigen' te maken. Aan het begin is enige kennis van het systeem benodigd om het maximale uit de software te halen.

Pros:

Manual.to is een heel eenvoudige digitale werkinstructiesoftware. Je kan er foto's, filmpjes en instructies toevoegen. Ook kan je de manuals aantrekkelijk maken met emoticons. Dat is zeer goed in het bedrijf waar ik werk ( teamleader in een maatwerbedrijf). Als je hulp nodig hebt kan je ook eenvoudig hulp vragen via mail.

Cons:

Ik heb sinds ik het heb leren kennen in het bedrijf waar ik werk nog niet direct iets gevonden dat een nadeel kan zijn.

overall an excellent partner a very accessible platform, innovative (they listen to the needs of the market) good support from start to finish, they even help with the change management

not really in their scope, but logging of data (eg quality) could be a nice add-on. Other cons are yet to discover
