Me gusta la facilidad de uso de la plataforma y como me ayuda a llevar mejor control de mis pagos y la reserva de amenidades

Cons:

En ocasiones si tengo alguna duda de uso no consigo la informacion muy facil y cambia constantemente con nuevas funciones

Un software para proyectos inmobiliarios actualizado y al día

Usé Neivor en Condominios que visté y viví, pero también lo usé con clientes a los que apoyé en consultorías de gestión de comunidades y proyectos inmobiliarios de pre-venta. Tengo buenas referencias personales y de mis clientes.

Relación calidad-precio Procesamiento de pagos para pre-ventas inmobiliarias KPIs y dashboards financieros para Condominios Rapidez y constancia en nuevas funcionalidades para la gestión de Desarrollos Inmobiliarios

Cons:

Si bien vale un poco más, se nota en la calidad del software y servicio, sacan nuevas funciones constantemente y comprenden de qué va el mercado, vale la pena

Excelente Software en manejo de Arrendamientos

En mi experiencia usando este software por ya varios años, es de gran utilidad para un correcto control de los contratos y rentas de los inmuebles que se administran en la firma, ayudando a economizar en recursos y maximizar en atención a inquilinos y dueños de los mismos.

La facilidad para utilizar la plataforma, super amigable, permite que cualquier persona, aun sin conocimientos de administración o técnicos pues controlar de manera eficiente un inmueble de Rentas.

Cons:

Algunos procesos hay que adaptarlos a las necesidades/características individuales de cada inmueble para con ello cumplir con los requisitos de los administradores
