SureCart solves the problem of overly complex, slow, and hard-to-maintain e-commerce setups on WordPress. For my agency, it means I can deliver high-performing, modern online stores that clients can manage easily themselves, without constant technical support. Pros:

I love how simple and intuitive SureCart is compared to other e-commerce plugins for WordPress. It integrates seamlessly with Elementor and my existing tools, the checkout pages are lightning-fast, and managing products, subscriptions, and coupons is effortless. The support team is also incredibly responsive and genuinely listens to user feedback.

Cons:

Overall, SureCart is excellent, but the Affiliate module feels too basic. It’s not very customizable and lacks the depth needed to run a more advanced affiliate program. I’d love to see more flexibility and reporting options in this area.

I’m Patsy, the designer behind Patterns by Patsy. When I started my crochet pattern business, WooCommerce felt overwhelming. Discovering SureCart changed everything. What I love most is that it’s headless, which keeps my site fast and secure while handling payments and customer data. SureCart made setting up my shop simple and intuitive, so I didn’t need to be a tech expert. While customizing emails still requires HTML, the platform continues to improve based on customer feedback. SureCart gave me the eCommerce solution I didn’t know I needed.

What I like most about SureCart is that it’s headless. It gives me complete flexibility to integrate my store seamlessly into my website design without being locked into a rigid storefront structure.

Cons:

The thing I like least about SureCart is that customizing customer emails (like order confirmations and invoices) requires working directly with HTML. A more user-friendly editor would make the process much easier.

I switched from WooCommerce to SureCart because it’s headless and much more user-friendly. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I can now manage my shop with ease and focus on growing my business.

SureCart - A Sure Way to Increase Profits

We are extremely happy with SureCart and it's ability to save us time and money. With bottom lines the way they are today, it is great to find a solution that doesn't break the bank. We don't have to worry if it is working or not, and it works great with our Wordpress Site. I am telling family, friends and associates about SureCart as it is the answer to all of our E-Commerce Headaches.

I am very impressed with the ease of use of SureCart, how lightweight and dependable it is, and the security we feel when using it.

Cons:

The only dislike about SureCart is adding product when using variations as the limit for variations is 100, and this does not work well for our business.

Reasons for switching to SureCart

We moved away from WooCommerce as I found the plug ins and add ons were getting heavier and slowing our E-Commerce site down and our site was going down more frequently as the plug ins were not compatible after updates. We can't afford to have our only source for revenue down.

SureCart is going to grow ecommerce marketshare because it rocks out of the box

Incredible user experience, easiest and most feature rich shopping cart software available today. Fantastic customer support and knowledge base training.

I'm always impressed with the ease of SureCart setup, the amount of included features, and capabilities.

Cons:

I suspect they will add this in the future, but it is really important that they allow 3rd party merchant accounts for payment options. Like Authorize.net for example would be great
