SalesCaptain’s AI summaries are a big time saver for the team. After the conversation, the platform automatically generates a clear, short summary which highlights key points. Instead of looking through long messages or re-listening to entire calls, by taking a glance at the summary we can understand the full context. This improved efficiency without adding extra work.

Pros:
I like SalesCaptain voice call quality. It's reliable, clear, and consistent, whether we use it from mobile devices or desktop. There are no dropped calls, lag. We have a smooth experience even for our field team. This has made a huge difference and makes us look more professional towards our customers, during service-related calls or important follow-up.
Cons:
What is disliked about SalesCaptain is that although it provides the basic features, reporting feels limited. Making a detailed dashboard or reporting would be useful to identify what's falling short, what's working, and tracking follow-ups over time across locations, which makes tackling performance and making decisions challenging.
