Streamlined our growing operations and orders

Ease Commerce was recommended by a peer in the industry. The setup phase took some work, especially aligning product data and stock locations, but once live, operations became far more structured. order processing, inventory tracking and coordination between teams improved significantly. allowing us to focus more on growth instead of daily firefighting.

Pros:
Our inventory and orders across online marketplaces finally stayed in synch. Few stock issues, smooth dispatches, and better daly visibility.
Cons:
Onboarding required effort. Cleaning Skus and mapping variants took time, so, the first few days needed patience and close coordination.

Marketing, ROAS & inter-team communication became super easy

many times our ads were running on products that were low on stock, Ease Commerce was adopted for the operations team but became super useful to marketing too. Over time portal wise sales and product performance reports came in handy in deciding what to push & pause

Pros:
From a marketing side, the biggest help is visibility. My team can see which products are actually moving, what stock is available & which regions are performing better. We used to depend on updates from the operations team & often got late info, we don't have to push campaigns blindly now
Cons:
some dashboards are operations heavy & need filtering before using for campaign planning, would be easier if a few views became easily viewable for marketing teams

Reasons for switching to Ease Commerce

we spent thousands on ads without any clarity on stocks available, camapigns were running on products that operations later said were low in volume or out of stock..we needed a live stock update and performance of product to design campaigns
