it just works!

We made the decision to go with Rapid Inventory and I reached out to their customer service. [sensitive content hidden] was assigned to us and setup an initial call to understand our needs and walked us all the way through going live.

Pros:

I appreciate how simple it is to setup and just do exactly what we need it to. We needed lot/location tracking with QuickBooks integration and it does that extremely well. The customer service is exceptional. They did most of the setup and importing of our information.

Cons:

I can't honesty think of anything that I don't like about it. It just works for us. It's challenging to complain about a product or customer service when the setup and going live was so simple and

Reliable system with barcode scanning and mobile picking

We've been using Rapid Inventory since 2015 and was easy to get set up and get going and our whole warehouse operations are using it and they use the scanners as well. It's been very reliable.

Rapid Inventory helps us run our warehouse operations and seamlessly integrates with Quickbooks Desktop. We've been a customer since 2015. Reliable system.

Cons:

For now, nothing comes to mind. we like everything that Rapid Inventory offers and we don't have any cons that come to mind.

Pros:

My favorite thing about Rapid Inventory is how user friendly it is and how easy it is to train new employees how to use.

Cons:

My least favorite thing about Rapid Inventory is their templates for forms like Pack & Pick cannot be customized like they can in QuickBooks.

BEST Inventory platform

Overall, the platform is great. The team and staff is a large part of why the platform is so smooth. It took several months for our personalized platform was constructed and Rapid was professional throughout.

Rapid Inventory is great because of the ease of use. Once our company vision and needs was created and finalized, the platform has been wonderful. Its simple to navigate. [sensitive content hidden] and his team have been huge supporters of ensuring the platform is set up correctly for our inventory needs, but also always being open to help answer questions or adjust needed info.

Cons:

There is nothing that has been a downfall about Rapid Inventory. Its used exactly as needed and exactly as built.

Ease of use and compatibility with hosting system and QuickBooks. Pricing was competitive as well.

Rapid Inventory has made managing inventory with QuickBooks Desktop easy. The sync is solid, it’s simple, reliable, and has helped us avoid costly mistakes. Straightforward tool that just gets the job done.

Cons:

Most websites in 2026 have a modern white/bright look. This website still looks like it came from the early 2000s. But hey, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
