FaxSIPit as our Premium Fax Service

We generally see two types of FaxSIPit users: those who come online and operate for years with minimal support, and those who require more hands-on assistance during deployment or configuration. Virtual faxing performance is essentially flawless. When issues arise with ATA devices, they are almost always related to customer network or firewall configurations rather than the fax platform itself.

Pros:

FaxSIPit provides an industrial-grade fax service designed for reliability, flexibility, and scalability. The system is robust and highly configurable to meet virtually any fax delivery requirement. Supported solutions include ATA, Fax-to-Email, Email-to-Fax, a vFax portal, and plugins for Microsoft Teams, Gmail, WebEx, and Zoom—delivering seamless fax integration across nearly every office environment. The recent addition of Group Share enables multiple users to receive faxes, while individual logins maintain detailed activity logs for each user. We proudly offer FaxSIPit as our premium fax service.

Cons:

The basic configuration is plug-and-play; however, there is somewhat of a learning curve when implementing the more advanced features. In many ways, the platform offers so many options that it can feel overwhelming at first. We have encountered occasional ATA registration issues related to network firewalls. FaxSIPit provides excellent documentation—successful deployment simply requires proper implementation at the customer site.
