No more sticky notes and spreadsheets

If you're still relying on spreadsheets like I was, you have to make the jump. Getting set up was way easier than I thought, and now the system handles so much stuff for me, especially the rent tracking and electronic signatures, which have been perfect. For a one-person show like mine, this was a massive upgrade and totally worth it. I'd definitely recommend it.

Pros:

The setup was a total breeze. I was using spreadsheets and sticky notes before this, so I was terrified of switching, but it wasn't scary at all.

Cons:

It's a little nitpicky, but the pricing is just 'okay' compared to other stuff out there. And the only features that feel a little basic are the maintenance tracking; it works, but it’s not the star of the show. I wish that that part was a bit stronger.

Reasons for switching to Landlord

I didn’t have any software before this, just a spreadsheet and a lot of sticky notes. I finally got this because people kept asking if they could rent it online. The setup wasn’t nearly as scary as I thought. The call centre folks helped me figure out anything I got stuck on.

The support team is incredible!

This system is a huge upgrade for my daily workflow, especially for maintenance and documentation. It solved my biggest problem (overly complicated tasks) and the support team is basically a free assistant. I've only used it for less than six months, but I'm already way less stressed. I'd absolutely recommend making the switch.

It’s ease of use, and the instant setup, which was a huge relief. The support team is incredible, too. They basically act like a firewall, catching all those dumb little questions I used to get, so now I actually get to clock out and relax after work. I'm especially loving the electronic signatures and how slick the work order management is it’s perfect for running the facility.

Cons:

The pricing is fair, but it's not like they're giving it away. Still I would say landlord is worth the cost.

Reasons for switching to Landlord

The old program made basic tasks way too complicated. We switched because we were over it. The call center here has been a lifesaver, they pick up all the small questions I used to get at the worst times. I actually get to relax after work now.

AI assistant is awesome

Ditching the notebook for Landlord made my admin life so much calmer. [sensitive content hidden] automation is fantastic. I highly recommend using their support team for deployment. Totally worth the switch to end the yearly tax panic.

Their AI assistant. It helps plan rent raises and has been super useful to make sure we don’t lose customers when we do. The system is 5-star easy to use, rent tracking is great, and support helped set up my iSmartGate.

Cons:

The value for money is just okay which stings a little, but the time saved is huge. Maintenance management is also pretty basic, nothing special.

Reasons for switching to Landlord

I had no software before this. Just my a notebook that never stayed updated. I needed something to help with accounting because tax season was turning into a nightmare every year. Now everything is tracked automatically, and [sensitive content hidden] fills in the stuff I normally forget. It’s made life a lot calmer.

Couldn’t be happier

Saved me so much time. There were so many manual process that I eliminated from my workflow that I don’t think any other provider could have accomplished.

Cons:

Can’t think of any. At this point I’m just writing out a sentence to cover for the fact the minimum character requirement.
