About We Are

We Are is a course authoring tool designed to create immersive learning experiences through 3D animated videos and interactive simulations. It is used by instructional designers and learning and development teams across industries such as banking, healthcare, and retail to simplify complex information into accessible training materials.

The platform includes AI-based animation features that transform text scripts into 3D character animations. Users can personalize characters, select scenes, choose AI-generated voices or record audio, and add interactive elements such as dialogue options, hotspots, and posters for scenario-based training. The AI co-pilot assists with script writing while allowing customization of gestures and facial expressions for realistic animations.

Content created with We Are can be shared through URL links, embedding, SCORM export, or video downloads. It supports xAPI and cmi5 standards for integration with learning management systems, enabling distribution and tracking of training materials. The platform also includes automatic translation capabilities, making content accessible to diverse audiences and simplifying localization for global training purposes.

Pros:

I love how simple and user-friendly it is. It creates an engaging experience for students while being an enjoyable and flexible tool for learning designers.

Cons:

Earlier on, a few of the Norwegian AI voices didn’t always sound completely natural. However, this has already improved a lot, and the voice mimic feature is a real game changer when it comes to voice quality.

Pros:

It is intuitive and easy to understand. It gives you the possibillity to be creative and precise at the same time. It really makes a positive difference when presenting a course for the employees.

Cons:

The voices, but they are now on track. Other than that I dont have anything, just have to use the 100 characters.

I love how easy it is to create branching scenarios. The visual node map is intuitive, making it much quicker to add, remove, and update. Lots of time and money savings!

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. One suggestion is to add a "transcript" option to the video player for compliance with Section 508 regulations in the USA.
