Cons:
Honestly I don't have an issue with it at all. We got the product BillQuick first and then went online to Core, which was a blessing because a couple of months later the pandemic hit and we were all homebound.

Invoices were illegible and clients complained - having several people in the field with time and expenses QB's is not made for that. BQE Core is and the invoices are so easy to understand

Overall, my experience was good. It's a comprehensive suite of software, not lacking much. It can be buggy at times, but there's definitely workarounds that can be done. Additionally, the inclusion of an API is a major selling point over competitors.
