Pros:

Being able to update my clients on their preferred versions, rodmap and features was incredible for the engagement of our base clients.

Cons:

Having a more simultaneous view of customer reviews would help even more.

Pros:

I cannot highlight any features, we decided not to choose.

Cons:

Support and dishonest billing approach and policy. They don't give refunds on purpose, and provide a short trial period with required card details before. By default, they show the Annual subscription plan BUT show the monthly price to mislead you.
