About clockin

clockin is an app that companies can use to record the working times of employees in the field, while stationary on the company premises and decentrally including home office. The recorded times come together in one system so that the time lists required for payroll accounting can be created automatically and transferred to DATEV or lexoffice via an interface. In addition, the app has functions for employee communication, order documentation and resource planning. Absence management also has its place in the software.

Die wichtigste Funktion ist die einwandfreie Kombination von stationärer und mobiler Zeiterfassung über die clockin App. Jeder/Jede Mitarbeiter/-in hat die App auf dem Smartphone und das auch noch in unserem individuellen Look. Wir haben jetzt endlich eine eigene Unternehmens-App, mit der wir alle Mitarbeitenden jederzeit und überall erreichen. Außerdem ist die Projektbasierte Erfassung mit der einfachen Einsatzplanung für uns ein sehr großer Mehrwert, der uns jeden Tag viele Stunden und einen Großteil der Zettelwirtschaft abnimmt.

Cons:

Wir würden uns noch tiefergehende Möglichkeiten in der Analyse wünschen, die uns noch mehr Handlungsoptionen in der Planung geben.
