Pros:

Una de las funciones más impactantes de EcoSys es su capacidad de integrar múltiples sistemas y flujos de trabajo en una sola plataforma, lo que permite una mayor eficiencia y transparencia en la gestión de proyectos y costos. Además, su interfaz es intuitiva y fácil de usar, lo que facilita la adopción por parte de los usuarios y la realización de tareas cotidianas. La generación de informes y análisis en tiempo real también es un punto fuerte, ya que permite tomar decisiones informadas y ajustar los planes de proyecto en consecuencia. La integración con los procesos de nuestra empresa ya existentes fue bastante sencilla, lo que nos permitió implementar la herramienta en poco tiempo y con un mínimo impacto en nuestra operación diaria.

Cons:

Si bien EcoSys es una herramienta altamente personalizable, la curva de aprendizaje inicial puede ser un poco pronunciada para algunos usuarios. La integración inicial también puede ser un desafío, especialmente si hay que hacer ajustes significativos en los procesos de la empresa. También hay algunas características que nos gustaría ver mejoradas, como la capacidad de agregar fácilmente documentos y otros archivos a los proyectos.

Pros:

it has many features to track and manage your project financials. Other than that I do not really like anything else.

Cons:

Too complex, heavy learning curve. IT folks have to shot down frequently to repair. Interface is very outdated, base on spreadsheet like interface. Many of these issues might have to do with our company managing the interphase and database and not necessarily Ecosys fault.

Cost management software at its finest. Able to manage big dataset and able to provide different types of analysis in the area of project cost control.

Cons:

Software does everything it is designed to do. I have had no issues with the software even with handling big dataset.
