Pros:

It has a fresh look, is dummy proof and gives you great insights on outstanding invoices, revenue, occupancy, ... It also offers you a clear view on the different units using a detailed map per facility.

Cons:

Dutch isn't to be found in the language settings, but when The Netherlands and Belgium will hear of this "new" self storage software, I know for sure they'll have to implement the Dutch language in their software.

Excellent autonomy and brilliantly efficient.

The overall experience so far with Kinnovis has been fantastic. some amazing features. would love to see a change to customers owning multiple containers and receiving 1 invoice for all per month instead of 1 invoice for every individual container they rent. this would be the cherry on top with Kinnovis.

How truly automated it can make your self storage business. we are over the moon with the simplicity, yet effectiveness of it. it has really changed the way we operate as a business, streamlining all tasks and improving efficiency in the short and long run.

Cons:

the ability to not send 1 invoice for multiple containers. i.e if someone has 19 containers on our site they receive 19 individual invoices instead of one for all.

Customer service from Mark Dawson and Fabian Seybold was paramount in moving us towards choosing Kinnovis instead of Stora. A fantastic team and always willing to help. customer service for us is so important when venturing into an unknown software like Kinnovis was to us. it is the most important attribute in getting a customer to make the final decision

Our onboarding experience with Kinnovis has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional business interactions I’ve had. Despite paying the onboarding fee immediately, we faced repeated delays, chaotic communication, and constant out-of-office replies from different team members without prior notice. The data we provided was ignored or mishandled — including basic errors like auto-filling incorrect move-in dates and copy-pasting spreadsheet headers as client names. Issues we raised were often ignored, and integration steps they claimed weren’t done had in fact been completed weeks earlier. Over several weeks, we wasted time repeatedly updating data because Kinnovis failed to act on information we had already provided. When I requested a refund due to non-delivery of services, they refused and shifted the blame entirely to our side. P.s. They trade good reviews for discounts

The only thing they arrange promptly are their sales calls — everything after payment is slow, disorganised, and lacking accountability.

Cons:

This was supposed to be a long-term partnership, but it quickly became clear there was no accountability or reliability. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Kinnovis to think twice — especially if you value timely, structured, and professional project management.

The Customer Service is Great. The product solved the management issues of a self storage location with great interfaces which are easy to use. Customers can also book without problem!

As a new company which is developing a good product, sometimes you wish to have more of it at a quicker rate.

Glad that I bought 'the future', but looking forward to some changes and extra features

As said, I still have a positive overall feeling about Kinnovis, even though we noticed some issues and unhandy features. I'm really looking forward to grow together with Kinnovis.

It's clear that Kinnovis is thinking about the future and really want to move forward. There way of communication is professional and I have the feeling there is a steady team behind it to let it flourish. The software itself is taking a lot of manual work to maintain storage out of our hands, and that was the reason why we signed the contract with Kinnovis in the first place.

Cons:

There are no such things I really dislike about Kinnovis, more like improvements and changes we really hope they will implement. At this point I think for example it's inconvenient for both customer and company to have a separate invoice for all units you have booked. This is for us the most critical change that needs to happen, because we can't demand a customer to pay 3 times each month for example, when they are renting 3 units. Splitted invoices is what we currently like 'the least' about Kinnovis.

Because Bas is a software based on moving (our core business), and storage is just a side-feature in there tool. As we have build an additional self storage, the manual work would get to big in Bas.

User friendly and modern state of the art solution

Simple and user friendly interface which allows very fast and logical learning by doing. They offer a just in time helpdesk and also the possibility place ideas for further developments - in general they do continuous improvements. It is very satisfying to work with this system. Great job!

It's very easy to track leads by name and location. This allows myself and the team to manage our leads effectively and efficiently

Cons:

My biggest grievance is that I can't add a "blanket" booking plan. It would be much easier to add "6 months" or "12 months" etc across the board, and it can be used across various locations and unit sizes. This also includes the one time products. I wish they were available across all sites.
