Appreciate that NetLease is embedded in NetSuite, reporting is robust and available 842 conversion

I cannot think of anything at this time.

FAM was too rigid and the reporting was impossible. We are a growing company with over 120 leases that were being managed in excel

I wish the out of the box reports were thought through a bit better such as one report to reconcile all main lease accounts.

1. Journal Entries that Post to the General Ledger: Journal entries are automated through NetLease and posted to the General Ledger 2. Lease Modifications: – Any modifications to a lease are made with an easy click of a button. (i.e., Lease extensions, ROU Impairment, Decrease in Scope, etc.) 3. Monthly Journal Entries: – Entries are easy to run monthly, with many available filters (i.e., Period, Subsidiary, Location, Lease Type, Location) 4. Customizable: Reports, views, and records, are all customizable in the during the implementation process

Cons:

The software could benefit from having the ability/feature to capture Financing Subleases and accounting for IFRS purposes as well. This would have helped us completely eliminate manual processes for the accounting Financing Subleases.

The setup was fairly breezy with the help given by their support team. The nicest part is the automation moving forward. No more manual number crunching and adjusting journals every month.

Cons:

The most difficult part was not with Netlease, rather, it pointed out how inaccurate our numbers were before.

NetLease - Great Option For Growing Real Estate Portofolio

NetLease was easy to implement and has intuitive functionality, making it easy to use and trade other employees. The team has been very responsive and created a smooth and painless transition from our old systems to the NetLease software.

This software is intuitive and provides data that, up until this point, has been created and maintained in a large excel database. Using NetLease has creative efficiencies and automation allowing our team the capacity to keep up with our rapidly expanding real estate portfolio and the leases.

Cons:

I can honestly say that I don't have anything to add as a Con righ tnow.

Great Software

I had a great experience with NetLease. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] were great and were willing to help in any way possible. We scheduled several meetings and they were willing to go above and beyond to help with any questions we had during implementation and Go-Live.

Pros:

NetLease was easy to set up. There are upload templates to import when you are implementing the software so you do not have to enter them manually. You can also use the template to upload new leases in the future if you have a lot of leases. The software is very user friendly. Amortization schedules are easily accessible. The reporting feature is great. The software pretty much does everything for you related to your leases. It is very easy to use and learn. You will not need to do any manual entries with this lease software. Everything is automated. You can even automate your vendor bills/payments. There are so many other features that everyone can take advantage of depending on your own setup/goals.

Cons:

I haven't found any cons yet. The entire system seems very user friendly and straight forward to use.

Reasons for choosing NetLease

We chose NetLease over other products because it met all of our needs and the module was built into our accounting software already (NetSuite) and we wouldn't need a stand alone software. Everything can be done in Netsuite.

NetLease Review for Netsuite

I worked directly with NetLease from demo through implementation and it was probably the most seamless implementation to date for our Company. The consultant we worked with, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], was extremely knowledgeable about the NetLease product, Netsuite itself, which can be a sticky point with implementation groups, and the lease codification. These factors lead to an easy and comfortable transition for our accounting department to Topic 842 for both operating and finance leases.

- Adding, modifying and terminating leases is easy - Monthly amortization of ROU assets and interest expense from lease liabilities are easy to record thanks to their monthly journal process - Easy to approve and review -

Cons:

- None. We have not encountered any cons associated with this product or support of it.

Reasons for choosing NetLease

From the onset, NetLease consultants continued to impress me with their responsiveness, knowledge of the of their product at a detailed level, understanding of Netsuite and understanding of the new standards.
