About Rentables

Rentables is a cloud-based property management solution that helps users track accounting procedures involved in managing a property including accounting involving tenants, owners and more. The system features work order tracking and management so that property managers can stay on top of work orders and maintenance requests.

Rentables allows property managers to view all their current leases and sort them by those that are expiring soon. For Accounts Payable, Rentable allows payments to be made via ACH, as well as payment by cheque.

Rentables provides owner and tenant portals to allow users to make payments online and access information about their property. Tenants can view the status of their current lease and pay rent and other charges online. The solution provides a CRM module that organizes information from phone calls, emails and other conversations.

The system is a fit for small and mid-size properties. Pricing is per month.

I can not get ANY help!!!

Pros:

For the first 5 years it was great, but now I can not get anyone to respond to any issue I have and there ARE issues! I can no longer generate Owner's Statements, attach invoices to charges or print checks!!!

Cons:

Since the beginning of 2020, I can not get any response about ANYTHING!!! Frustrating!

Where did they go?

Good at 1st, but they disappeared. Support has become almost non-existent. ACH payments submitted by renters get hung up for weeks and messaging rentables very seldom gets any response at all.

I liked that I could track payments and offer renter's the ability to make ACH payments.

Cons:

They had talked about offering support for owner/managers as opposed to just property managers working for other owners. This never happened and it doesn't seem like any development has happened in a very long time.

Simply the Best

Rentables is the best in a long line of products that claim to offer what Rentables actually does. I've been in property management for many years and have sought out many solutions and programs to help keep track of rents, owners, tenants and the like. No other program has the ease of use, simple interface, and thorough accounting that Rentables offers. The company also has incredible customer service and takes our requests and concerns to heart. We've seen many of our requests turn into features on the site. Rentables is the solution we've been looking for over the years and we highly recommend it.

Pros:

When transitioning to Rentables from our previous software, we were very thorough to review everything and make sure it all reflected the same. We completed our review process with Rentables (and our old system) and Rentables was reflecting EVERYTHING it was supposed to! It is a beautiful system and is going to fit our needs beautifully! Support is within arms reach at all times, and anything we say we would like to see in the future is already being worked on!

Cons:

No complaints here! Anything that we have seen that was not up to our standards has been immediately addressed and corrected or a new solution brought to the table!

Best software for Property Managers

I have been using Excel sheets for accounting....Systems like PayPal to send owner checks...Systems like Cozy to collect rent....This system takes care of all of this under one website, and is accessible from any where...if you own a property management business or are a part time property manager, what ever level, this is fantastic system to use. The customer service is Phenomenal, the team at Rentables calls you when needed, and helps you set-up the entire system... I would give it more stars, but 5 is the max, so 5 it is....

Love Rentables!

Rentables has been a lifesaver! We were struggling with a good system of tracking our rents other than an excel spreadsheet. It was very easy to set up and when we did hit an obstacle customer service was VERY quick to respond and help us out. Vanessa in our office loves it! Rentables we are glad we found you!
