About Letus

Letus is a property management software designed to simplify rent collection and tenant management for residential property managers. It accommodates various rental scenarios, including single-family homes and multi-unit buildings with shared living arrangements.

The software offers online rent payment options such as bank transfers and credit card payments. A Txt2Pay feature allows tenants to confirm payments through text messages. It includes real-time payment tracking via a dashboard, automated notifications to help reduce late payments, and detailed payment receipts for accurate record-keeping. The system supports payment arrangements such as installment plans, remote payments, and split payments among roommates.

Letus provides separate portals for property managers and tenants. Property managers can monitor payment statuses, while tenants can access lease details and set up recurring payments. An optional credit reporting feature allows tenants to build credit histories through timely rent payments.

Phenomenal Product!

Less need for A/R staff to run after tenants to pay rent when they have an easy way to do so with RentMoola

Service was quick and they are very helpful.. also they provided detailed support in a friendly manner.

Cons:

I didn't experience any problems. I only had some trouble resetting my password and had to wait a few days.

LETUS BUT WHO REALLY THE US THEY MEAN?

I would give it a 6 out of 10 there really wasn't anything that stood out about it that would make me want to give it a higher score

I wish there could have been more features it just seemed like really it was just for payment processing and property management only

the ability to set up a client at any time and make monthly scheduled payment or one time payment. Using the various reports and to export.

Cons:

Some of the listing are randomly sorted? EFT reports are confusing to know which one to use?

Good Platform, Not Customizable

After multiple meetings/tutorials between our teams it is clear how advantageous RentMoola could be for most property managers however I found trouble with miscommunication between the sales team and the IT team wherein the Account Rep promised functionality that was outside the standard offering of the platform and it was clear the IT/coders/creators were in a difficult position to follow through. The process to build what was requested has been 5 months and counting.

Easy access for management, accounting, can set up multiple buildings with respective individual trust accounts. Cost effective.

Cons:

The client for which we pursued this software wanted Rentmoola/Letus payment buttons integrated into their website however the platform is really not set up for this kind of individual customization at individual request. As integration wasn't possible, a second option was agreed upon however the the time to implement continues to be quite lengthy.

Reasons for choosing Letus

The allure of RentMoola is the ease of tenant portal/management portal co-existence. While my client sought out RentMoola mainly as a payment platform, I was pleasantly surprised at its CRM systems and accounting capabilities. Ultimately, great supporting product, but not currently set up to be seamlessly integrated into an existing website, outside of the originally intended purposes
