Most intuitive timesheet software for recruitment companies

Its functional, easy to use and not expensive so all the things we want in our software. Having used 2 other timesheet systems which we OK, but then the price spiralled year on year. We are so glad that we went to RecGenie as they have kept the monthly price the same over the years and its so much easier to use and speaks with most of our other systems.

Pros:

We have used numerous timesheet portals and RecGenie is by far the most intuitive and is great value for money. As and when there is a bug (rarely) the support team are quick to rectify

Cons:

Initially the relevant integrations were not built, but once we put in a ticket the development team quickly addressed that.

They tried to 5 times the price on renewal

Pros:

It does what a busy recruitment company needs it to do.

Cons:

At first it didnt have some of the integrations that we wanted but I spoke to the [sensitive content hidden] and they were built relatively quickly.

recgene is reliable, and easy to use and gets the job done

Highly recommend - good software doesn’t need to be overcomplicated - recgene is reliable, and easy to use and gets the job done

Pros:

It has intuitive UI, the pricing is transparent without surprises in 3 years time and any issues are quickly resolved

Cons:

There’s a few features which could be fewer clicks but I believe these are all in the product pipeline - e.g when you create a report you then have to go to a separate page to download this
