Pros:

For a great price, you get so many features. PropSpace is truly an all in one product for real estate.Support is good and responsive. New features seem to be launched almost every fortnight which is great. Always innovating and bringing new things that really do help my real estate business

Cons:

I would like a few more features to be developed on their mobile app. Call center integration would be amazing. An easy to use website builder would be beneficial as well - at the moment I have to submit a support ticket to get big changes done to my website.

What you pay is what you will get

Prop space truly do stands out as a CRM engine however the functionalities are more of a customer push than a customer pull. That is they push the features what are available and incorporating change does takes time.

- Feature packed, multiple tools to help with all aspects of the business from marketing to lead management to security and much much more.. - Locally based - great support, only a phone call away - Constant additions of new features for the ever changing market - User friendly interface - colourful and vibrant

Cons:

- Templates are standard and any customizations (if required) are charged - SMS credits are a bit costly - No Mobile App for the software - No call tracking/recording feature
