Pros:

Ease of use! We love that our customers don't have to call us; they can easily book online, provide us with their ID's and sign our rental agreements. The best part? NO paperwork for my team!

Cons:

We are really looking forward to email marketing. We were told this is in the works

I love that I was able to have a website created because I’m a start up business. Having the ability for my customers to rent online and see everything I have available is really nice. It’s a seamless process.

Cons:

There aren’t really any features of rides rental that I don’t like. It’s been easy to use and the support team has been very helpful.

Pros:

Rides Rental Software has been a great asset to our business. We have a nice website that really stands out against our local competition. The online booking functionality is exactly what my customers want because I'm no longer fielding phone calls for availability. They can see everything right there on the site. We're very happy we made the switch!

Pros:

I like how easy and user friendly the system is. Customer support is top notch.

Cons:

As a company that deals with tax exempt entities I need a easy function button for tax exemption. As of now I have to go in and manually zero out the state tax and when done move it back.
