About ChowNow

ChowNow is an online ordering system, which enables restaurants to manage orders, delivery processes, customer loyalty programs and more. Professionals can gain insights into clients' histories, email addresses and other metrics from within a unified platform.

Using ChowNow, eateries can recieve online orders via Instagram posts or stories, Yelp, mobile applications and Google search results. The centralized dashboard allows managers to track top spenders and synchronize food menus across multiple channels. Additionally, restaurants can access daily, weekly, or monthly order reports according to requirements.

ChowNow offers mobile applications for Android and iOS devices, which help customers customize food orders, search for restaurants, navigate menus and more. The product is available on monthly, annual or biennial subscriptions and support is extended via live chat, phone, email, FAQs and other online measures.

Great account manager and service

I have had great experiences with chow now! I always get the help I need when I need it. They are always just a text message away or an email away to my account manager.

Pros:

I like that I can get ahold of my account manager when I need to and get my issues solved the same day within hours! I like how there is a text feature for the little things.

Cons:

This isn't just Chow Now but I believe if a customer has a need for something and you all have the technology and team behind you all to make things better or to create new offerings, I feel like it should be doable! It may take time but it should be doable.

Pros:

The overall value received for the money is a definite plus, especially with the premier pkg. Customer service team is outstanding.

Cons:

Not having control over the online ordering platform to make changes immediately to the website is one disadvantage. The delivery drivers usually take longer to accept orders especially in our area.

Loved the old setup before Cuboh merged Customer friendly app for orders Increased sales with correct prompts

Cons:

With new Cuboh integration, it’s not restaurant friendly Too many extra steps needed, not system friendly with Square

Great Chow Now experience overall

Super easy setup of the menu online, great customer service, very responsive. Makes our lives easier during busy rush time

Pros:

Saves time when order is online instead customer calling in on the phone. Saves time during checkout process since orders are prepaid online.

Cons:

The shop local fee they are adding it’s misleading and too expensive for my customers. It doesn’t even show up for them when they are placing an order, we only see it on the restaurant receipt.

Pleased with ChowNow

It's mostly been great. When we've had issues, our new account rep has been swift to respond and get those rectified for us.

Pros:

ChowNow makes it easy for both the guest and restaurant staff to manage our online orders. The platform is clean and user-friendly.

Cons:

Lack of customization on a few things, particularly on the payment screen. Also, many of the emails we receive regarding refund requests, renewals, and other account related correspondence does not include the location in the email, so it takes me more time to reach out and inquire about which restaurant the email pertains to. This takes unnecessary extra time.

Customer service on steroids!

Started with ChowNow fulfilling orders from our website. Also involved with ChowNow delivery and Cuboh consolidation.

Fantastic customer support domestically based, steady reliable payments, forward-thinking, as evidenced by their acquisition of Cuboh tablet integration.

Cons:

Of all the platforms we use, ChowNow is used by many customers. I wish it were more widely used by customers.

Worth the investment

been a solid 7 + years with four stores partnering with CN, we will use for store #5 as well so all good

The ease of use, and the interface, really easy to hide or unhide items, and easy to setup and get running out of the box

Cons:

Minor issues, the price is a little high for a monthly subscription service, but that's really the only issue i hsve

ChowNow is the best option in our opinion

I honestly don't understand why ALL restaurants don't sign up with ChowNow. Seriously. Why do they continue giving away a big percentage of their profits to these other companies? Add on top of that ChowNow's excellent customer service, their integration with leading POS systems, and their help with marketing/promotion, and you've got an unbeatable combination. Sign up with them.

Pros:

We like the flexibility ChowNow gives us to keep growing and expanding our business without spending hard earned dollars on another location or a large ad budget. After working with them over the past few years, we've expanded to offer our menu to a very large chunk of our city.

Cons:

There is nothing I like least about ChowNow, and I would recommend them to anybody without reservation.

ChowNow is the Best!!!

This was the best choice that we could have made to offer an online ordering service for our community, which has been proved by the amazing amount of sales that have come in because of them.

Pros:

They are easy to work with, have a great support team...and have really helped increase our sales by much more than we would have ever expected.

Cons:

This is a very difficult question, as everything they do is very helpful, and they are always there to help. If needed, the only concern is that it is sometimes a long wait for customer support.

It’s a blessing to my business. Currently, this service makes up a third of my overall daily sales.

Pros:

We can control the times of the orders as they come in, which makes the operation seem seamless and not stressful.

Cons:

Sometimes, it’s takes a bit of time to get ahold of a customer care rep. I’m not inclined to call unless it’s a technical problem which needs immediate attention.
