Overall experience is easily a 10 out of 10. Very receptive communication, ease of use is absolutely great. This program has allowed me to expand my inventory and keep track of everything.

Pros:

The biggest Pro about ConsignR is the team that runs it. They are dedicated to the product and service that they’re offering additionally, they make sure that the User interface and functionality are top tier and above all they listen to their client base for insight about the software. Additionally they not only have background and insight into the app development but also the real application of their product.

Cons:

The only complaint that I have about the product is the lack of a mobile application. Although the product does work very well in mobile browsers like safari.

The app is fast and very user friendly. Every function I use always works, and I am able to manage my store from anywhere in the world. Sending payouts is fast and simple, and my consignors love to seller portal. Once everything was set up it's been very easy to operate for myself and my staff.

Cons:

Nothing, it has been great, and the ConsignR team is always available to make changes for my store's needs.
