About Incentivio

Incentivio is a customer engagement and food delivery management solution that helps restaurants streamline operations related to order tracking, discount management, survey distribution, and more from within a unified platform. It allows team members to configure percentage-based discounts, set-up loyalty programs, and handle email campaigns, among other marketing operations.

Incentivio enables staff members to create orders, maintain order history, manage pick-ups, and send order confirmations. It lets employees maintain a customer database with information, such as name, phone, email, total spending, latest purchase, and monthly purchases. Additionally, business leaders can segment customers, trigger event-based campaigns, create custom sign-up pages, and distribute employee rewards.

Incentivio facilitates integration with several third-party solutions, including Stripe, Twitter, Brink POS, and more. It also provides custom-branded iOS and Android mobile applications, which allows customers to place orders remotely. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via email, phone and other online measures.

Cons:

Actually I dont see any feature as such. They are pretty helpful if anything missing they use to coordinate with their development teams and accommodate our needs in short period of time.

The system was easy to procure, configure snd implement. Required almost no staff training, as it behaves like a digital employee!

Pros:

What I like most about Incentivio is how intuitive and easy it is to use. The platform makes managing promotions, loyalty programs, and customer engagement so seamless. On top of that, Christina’s support has been incredible—she always takes the time to walk us through updates and ensures we’re confident using every feature.

Cons:

The main limitation we’ve run into is with discounts—the system can sometimes feel a bit restrictive in how promotions are set up. It works well for standard offers, but having more flexibility would make it even stronger.
