About RentGuruz

RentGuruz is a cloud-based solution designed to help rental businesses in North America handle reservations, automotive leases, invoices and more. It allows employees to create customer profiles and log relevant data such as contact details, driving license numbers, hotel information and more on a unified platform.

With RentGuruz, administrators can schedule vehicle maintenance jobs based on the number of miles or days, add expenses and set service date reminders. Stakeholders can use the application to create insurance, retail or loaner vehicles agreements and add miscellaneous charges or taxes in them as per the requirement. Additionally, it lets organizations record vehicle details including VIN number, model year, odometer readings and fuel or transmission type.

RentGuruz facilitates integration with several third-party platforms, such as PayPal, Intuit QuickBooks, DocuSign, Cardknox, Authorize.Net and more. Pricing is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

Very Practical Systems For A Growing Organisation

Very satisfied with the system. It combines practical aspects of car rental combined into an easy to use system. Is allows integration with website and since it cloud based, there are no server or physical requirements to it. Highly recommended.

-Very practical system to implement -Easy to use. So very easy to train staff. -They also provide online training and constant assistance during the implementation process -The system has a chat system built-in. Very convenient to use. -Value for money

Cons:

-it is a good experience overall, i honestly cannot think of any situation where the team has not been helpful to resolve issues.

This app is very simple and easy to use but also with the costumer service it was superb AF! Guys renting with this app is just awesome and secure! It has a neat appearance!

Pros:

The user interface is superb and the support team is such a friendly team and is always there when you need it though you do not need them frequently as it is a tested software and I have not come across any bugs in the software.

Cons:

None which come to my mind at the moment. They have a solution to most of your problems:)

the soft ware is easy to use after training but I must add they need a little help in the training department our rep is a man of his word and did what he said he would do

Like I said you need training then the software is easy to use
