Cons:
I would like to be able to move my catering offering to Slerp but would like to see additional features added to that part of the platform first

We have been incredibly impressed with the customer support from both the technical team in helping us with a complicated set up, and the ongoing support from the customer team in responding to both our queries and those from our customers.
Cons:
A couple of feature requests we have in place eg being able to remove phone number
