About Trackin

Trackin is an online ordering platform that helps restaurants track and manage recurring food orders, drivers’ locations, payments, pickups and more. It enables users to send white-labelled notifications with information such as name, logos, social media widgets and more.

Trackin allows customers to set multiple addresses, add specific instructions, track order status and call delivery personnel on a centralized platform. It lets businesses send targeted emails to generate positive customer feedback and reviews on multiple online platforms including Google and Yelp, improving brand value and reputation across the web. Additionally, administrators can set up multiple delivery zones and accept/reject orders based on delivery time, order amount and overall cost to the restaurant.

Trackin comes with an application programming interface (API), which allows businesses to integrate the system with several third-party solutions. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via phone, email and other measures.

    Trackin has been great so far

    A bit hard to start with, it quickly became our go to product! Seems like the only one that is truly working for us! The best part is that it does everything! online ordering for catering/pickup and delivery, track drivers, customer feedback and most of it automatically! I also love their multiple delivery zones management and to receive instant notification when a customer is not happy! Only brought us good reviews so far! We tried to use a postmates driver and it worked fine even though we don't really need it, it's great to know it's there if we're missing drivers! It's also great to have just one point of contact and it was very very easy to setup when we opened our new locations. Almost nothing changed! The customer support has been pretty responsive during weekdays and listened to our feedback so far. I wish they could provide us with a mobile app but the online ordering already works on mobile.

    It's an excellent tool to keep restaurants in check of orders going in and out via multiple app delivery services ( Grubhub, Seamless, Gopuff etc.
    Cons:
    Sometimes there's lagging within the system due to app malfunction or miscommunication digitally
