Pros:

I like that they have integrated ZPL document templates into carton cloud. Along with the updates to the mobile app, there is much improvement.

Cons:

The API functions are still limited, making integrations with other applications difficult at times..

Customer of warehouses that use carton cloud

Every process involved with Carton Cloud, as a customer of a warehouse using carton cloud, is just cumbersome! Admittedly I have not used other software but we have found it so limited from a customer point of view. Purchase orders, Sales orders, adding stock, informing the warehouse of incoming stock. Just endless difficulties and paperwork. Have spent $$$ and >9 months now trying to get an integration done just so that we don't have to work in Carton Cloud. We have been using the information they publish for API development. Numerous nuances that cannot be determined from their API information published. Still not up and running. Will have to use their consultants to get it done. Can't face having to work on their "customer of a warehouse using Carton cloud" platform.

I cannot offer any. We are paying for an integration with other software just so that we don't have to use Carton cloud as a customer of a warehouse using Carton cloud.

Cons:

It is so cumbersome as a customer of warehouse that uses carton cloud. unfortunately it appears that many warehouses use this platform.

Live Warehousing Systems & the Support/Integration Teams. There is nothing they can't assist you on and if you have a suggestion for improvement they are always willing to listen and improve.

Cons:

Old data linked to account - unable to remove. A way of clearing previous years data that is no longer relevant to the business would be wonderful.

Awesome logistics software

Besides how easy to use, the most i like it about is how easy and intuitive for our customers is to use, the interface is very user friendly, letting our customers track their packages at any time and with details. They even can receive proof of delivery in case they are not home at the time od delivery. Really awesome in my opinion.

I have implemented Cartoncloud for our courier in order to help us with the new benefits of delivery for our customers, since we are trying to reach remote places, this has became perfect for us, we can manage our deliveries more efficiently and faster. Letting our customers in all moments where their stuff is at.

Cons:

Can point any drawback yet, we have only use it for about 9 months with no issues.

All in One Warehouse Management System with excellent support

Excellent real-time WMS system that seamlessly integrates with our systems. Support team is great. Overall it has significantly improved our productivity. It is reliable, fast and user-friendly.
