I like its ease of use and setup. It doesn't require you to go through tons of KB articles to set it up. It's pretty straightforward and self explanatory.

Cons:

I would want the buyback feature to be brought back.

Cons:

The offboarding service, that puts all hardvare connected to the employee into "Unknown devices" instead of me be able to choose where it should be placed.

Complete control over budget, employees and their assets. Control of hardware leasing agreements and the ease of hardware support because all the information is easily accessible.

Cons:

Honestly I have found nothing so far that I don´t like about the platform.

It can't get any easier to purchase hardware

To have the orders go directly to the supplier and allow employees to track the delivery themselves.

Cons:

There's a function for salary deduction if the employee chooses a device outside the budget. Every month, I need to manually go into the system, export a file to check for any deductions, and then send it to our salary department.

Very easy to use, a very good value for money. Awesome support and customer success staff.

Cons:

The price was a bit high at one point, but the customer support helped me to change to a cheaper solution that worked just as well for us.
