About Pollfish

Pollfish is a market research software designed to help businesses create and distribute custom surveys across multiple channels to collect real-time responses. Key features include data visualization, billing, audience targeting, data export, opinion polling and product testing.

Administrators can ask screening questions to filter the target audience based on behavior, opinion, demographics and exposure to events. Pollfish offers a filter functionality, which allows teams to sort collected data based on questions, answers, city, age, time range and more. Additionally, supervisors can utilize the reporting tool to sort, filter, and analyze responses on a unified interface.

Pollfish lets stakeholders select different question types such as rating stars, slider, ranking, net promoter scores (NPS), multiple selection and open-ended to create mobile-friendly surveys. Pros:

Poll fish claim, they covered 700 m people's. It is good if true. I think they are not capable get results from targeted audiences. This is my personal opinion.

Cons:

Nothing is good about pollfish. I am not directly experienced with pollfish, but through ysense or time bucks i took their surveys which is not successful. I try about 500 times poll fish.

i like the ease of use and the ability to reach out to customer service and get an almost immediate response.

Cons:

being able to target people who specifically saw an ad would be sooo useful. also i've continued to ask to be able to rank top 3 as opposed to being forced to rank everything. we've found workaround but not truly the same.

Good for beginners but limited features

My overall experience with pollfish is good but not the best.Pollfish is good for the users who started building surveys.Builiding surveys is easy in pollfish.The customer/technical support is good.

Pollfish has a good beginner friendly user interface.Pollfish is easy to set up and use.The templates are good for beginners.There are different filters to filter the data.Pollfish can be reached to the majority of the targeted audience.

Cons:

There are limited features in pollfish.There is no upload option for attaching media and all.The application is limited to web version and in android version it is unresponsive sometimes.Loading a survey takes somuch time.

Good Survey's Platform

Overall, I would recommend Pollfish, as a user, since I can earn some extra money just by answering surveys in my spare time. Large surveys are rare, but from time to time they are available and pay well.

The thing I like the most about Pollfish, as a user, is its ease of use.I like its layout and the navigability between the questions.

Cons:

What I like the least about Pollfish is the low monetisation of the surveys.Sometimes there are large surveys that pay well, but most of the times the surveys are short and low paid.

I like pollfish because the software is useful for doing surveys, answering questions, and doing other things.

Cons:

I think pollfish has a problem with the number of crashes and struggling with a multitude of surveys that don't work all the time, so I think they need to fix the software more because some of the surveys get messed up.
