Futurestay simplifies my life

I am just getting started putting up my first listing on Airbnb and wasn't sure if I would need software in order to keep it connected to my website. I signed up for the Futurestay free trial and it was quite easy to set up a sync between my website calendar and my listing. The entire process took less than 10 minutes and I realized that I could just create a website directly through Futurestay instead, and not have to pay separate hosting fees. It also looks better than my old site, and is connected to Google. Overall, works well and would recommend to anyone just starting out.

I see you went down our automated path (importing from AirBNB) which allowed you to create your account and launch your new website within 6 minutes. I have to agree with you - setting up iCal connections is my least favorite thing to do! We’re going to take a look at this process and do our best to clarify the guidelines for other sites. I appreciate that feedback. Next up - it looks like you and your Account Manager haven’t had an in-person meeting yet. I didn't I only began the sign-up process but after I hit that button to sync it messed up my entire account & I cannot reach anyone to fix it. I knew within 5 minutes it was a mistake and I hit cancel but now it has been 3 days. I can't get a response from anyone at Futurestay to give me back control of my calendar and guest are upset because they are attempting to book their stays unsuccessfully..... The fine print came after the sync of course & not when it is the goal to cancel you are in the dead zone no return calls, return emails or link to just simply hit cancel. BTW I didn't use it whatsoever but to be able to submit this review I had to mark a category.

I joined Futurestay in 2023 as the Head of Operations and have instilled a customer first approach with our new teams and platform. Among the many changes here are our new (empowered) Account Managers as well as a new platform with Host Dashboard (including the ability to disconnect from a partner or cancel your Futurestay subscription. I’ve read through your 3/21/22 emails, and would like to apologize for the service you received. It should not take 3 emails in one day to cancel an account! We believe Futurestay 3.0 offers a significantly better experience, and would like to extend an offer to see our new system. Ok channel manager - you need to do all the work yourself with little oversight.

not too pleasant. I used for two years and had about 20 Airbnb reservations. I switched to a different channel manager and in less than 30 days I have already masses over 280 Airbnb reservations. I do not believe they did it correctly.

Overall, from Free vacation/property management systems that I tested and tried out this is the one I use now for myself and recommend everyone to try out. This is perfect for those that just started renting on Airbnb, Booking, TripAdvisor or already have few properties under their belt. They also work on new features and improve the existing ones which is a big plus. Futurestay answers phone calls and emails, very responsive and helpful. This was a strong point for me switching and staring using Futurestay instead of all the others!
