Vacation Rental Desk is a cloud-based rental management solution that assists property owners in reservation management, payment processing and channel management. The solution is suitable for all kinds of vacation rentals including beach houses, condos, cottages and villas.

Vacation Rental Desk provides a calendar that helps customers book stays online, see room rates, view information about minimum stays and find check-in and check-out times. The calendar also synchronizes with listing sites such as AirBnB, FlipKey, VRBO and Home Away.

Vacation Rental Desk offers a built-in reservation management feature that helps property owners to get notified through email once a guest makes a reservation through the portal. It also provides information to customers about reservation confirmations, payment dates and deadlines as well as vacation rental agreements.

Vacation Rental Desk’s entry door lock feature provides guests with access codes that are activated once they check-in and expire by check-out. Wi-Fi versions are also available to support remote locking and unlocking. Support is available via phone.

Pros:

Vacation Rental Desk changed my life by managing my vacation rental property in lightning speed. It's all processed digitally. Previously it took me 45 minutes when a guest booked. Vacation Rental Desk does it all in 5 min. No more mailing contracts, invoices, maps, cleaning instructions, going to the bank, notifying cleaning team, buying stamps, etc. Vacation Rental Desk sends out quotes, books stays, accepts credit card payments, electronic checks, PayPal, and emails everyone involved. Any time I need numbers for tax purposes or reservations I just download a report. I can even be away from home and take care of business on my smart phone or laptop. I highly recommend Vacation Rental Desk to every rental property owner.

Cons:

I have too much time on my hands now!!! There is nothing negative for me to say about this product. It has only benefited me and my accountant.
