About OXO Connect

OmniPCX Office Rich Communication Edition (RCE) is the cornerstone of Alcatel-Lucent’s OpenTouch Suite. It's suited for small to midsize businesses with up to 200 employees.

An all-in-one networking solution, OmniPCX Office RCE uses a single infrastructure for voice and data services. Zero-touch deployment allows businesses to avoid many of the hassles involved in configuring phone systems, and phones and handsets can be connected wirelessly to avoid running new cables through office spaces.

OmniPCX Office RCE offers unified communications and collaboration functionality for small to midsize businesses via desktop and off-site mobility applications. Users can dial out from mobile devices using their work numbers and access business telephony services while away from the office.

The communications server enables skills-based call routing with a call-waiting queue and screen pop-ups containing customer information.

OmniPCX Office RCE also integrates with many third-party customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.

    The sound quality is very good and with no delay. It has many functionalities to operate in a way that makes it more enjoyable for both the caller and the call recipient. The integration and operation with Microsoft 365 is phenomenal.
    Cons:
    They have no facilities or promotions to extend licensing. This is the reason why we do not extend more devices.

    The previous configuration required a VPN connection which was not stable and the support was not good.

    Excellent product and lots of third party integration and interfacing facilities. Eco cancellation voice quality call feels like you are besides me.
    Cons:
    Costly and not open to any third party IP phone set. only third party certified hardware (IP Phone ) is permitted to use with extra license purchase.

    It was a good PBX but not anymore

    It was a great PBX but, with remote workers, it's not an option anymore. It's true that is not expensive, but you must pay for everything you want, each extension, each meeting room, almost each functionality...

    The sound quality is very, very good. The phones are very reliable and depending the model, with many options and configurations.
    Cons:
    The license strategy is very old fashion, you must pay for everything. To use it remotely you'll need a VPN so it's not an option today with mny people working from home. It's very difficult to configure and to manage.
