LogiVote nos ha solucionado la vida.

Como coordinador de procesos electorales en una asociación profesional, siempre estamos buscando maneras de mejorar la eficiencia y la transparencia de nuestras elecciones. Implementar LogiVote ha sido un cambio de juego para nosotros (como ellos dicen), ofreciendo una solución integral que ha transformado por completo cómo gestionamos las votaciones. Desde el principio, lo que más nos impresionó de LogiVote fue su interfaz intuitiva. La plataforma es accesible tanto para administradores como para votantes, lo que ha incrementado significativamente la participación en nuestras últimas elecciones. Configurar una nueva votación no es un proceso sencillo, pero ellos se encargaron de que sea sencillo y nos permitió lanzar elecciones de manera rápida y sin complicaciones.

Entre otras ventajas nos ha permitido por ejemplo la centralización de datos: LogiVote nos ha permitido centralizar toda la información de los clientes en un solo lugar, facilitando el acceso y la gestión de datos para todo el equipo. Esto ha mejorado significativamente nuestra eficiencia operativa. También en los análisis y reportes, los informes detallados y las capacidades de análisis del VRM nos han proporcionado insights valiosos sobre nuestro rendimiento de ventas y efectividad de marketing. Esto nos permite tomar decisiones basadas en datos para impulsar el crecimiento del negocio. Hay varias ventajas más también que puedo comentar, pero para cerrar, es el trato que tuvieron de parte de ellos para nosotros, para capacitarnos personalmente y estar siempre a nuestra disposición.

Cons:

No mucho para quejarme realmente, tienen en líneas generales todo mejor que otros CRM que previamente he utilizado.

Después de un análisis detallado, nos decidimos por LogiVote por varias razones clave que lo distinguieron de las alternativas. Facilidad de Integración, características de seguridad superiores, interfaz intuitiva y experiencia de usuario y precio competitivo y valor. Seguro me estaré olvidando de algunas otras características, pero esto fue analizado por nuestro personal, y terminamos concluyendo en que era nuestra mejor opción posible.

Reasons for switching to LogiVote

Decidi hacerlo por varios motivos, uno era el servicio postventa que no me lo brindaban tan personalizado como esperabamos. Otro era las caídas de sistema que teniamos en momentos críticos, no fueron muchas pero si fueron severas para nosotros.
