Features include screen or application sharing, content viewing, whiteboard, secure data storage, file transfer, notes creation and more.

The application enables trainers to divide participants into groups, schedule events and send invitations via the calendar. Participants can engage in discussions through questions and raise hand functionalities and utilize the applaud tool to provide auditory and visual feedback. Additionally, the solution allows administrators to record sessions and assign role-based permissions to attendees.

Somewhat outdated meeting tool

This was the legacy meeting tool in my prior company and allowed users in different physical locations to meet.

Functionality

Pros:

MyRoom allows users from different organizations or domains to speak together on a teleconference. Users can share their desktop, text chat, and speak.

Cons:

No video support. Each meeting creates a new link which can requires users joining the call to download and run an executable before they are allowed in.
