Pros:

I use the early edition & love it's simplicity. It gives all the reports needed, makes year end easier, and is easy to learn!

Cons:

Bank reconciliations in this software are difficult for me. It might just be me though.

Great news on the bank reconciliations, we have just completed bank statement importing and reconciliation to aid in the process. We will be publishing an update this weekend.

I really cannot say that there is anything I like least about the software.

Both of the prior software programs were cumbersome. I find Beancruncher so easy to use and the reporting is great.

This is one of the best programs for newer accountants. Very intuitive and easy to pick up and run with.

Cons:

Not as widespread in the industry so many user are not familiar until they start using it.

Best accounting software... PERIOD!

Best accounting software... PERIOD! I've used AccPac, Quick Books and Simply, from basic additions to full ERP. And from the moment I logged in, I fell in love with it! This program is easy, powerful and has met my every need! Can't bet the price, great customer support and by far the best accounting software I've ever used!!!!

Mr. Bean

User need basics in accounting to fully utilize the program. Therefore I would offer a print hand-out to the user with some tax saving tips. I would also email weekly tax savings tips to the customers with information and educational tools.
