Pros:

The easy functionality of creating E-invoices just upload and create. Error detection while ingesting data so that no einvoice compliance got compromised. Easy data retrieval through filters.

Cons:

No option to download and filter more than 1 month.

Cons:

Login issues Sometimes the software is not allowing to login informing to update phone number. If phone number is typed, it is displaying a message that already registered. Not able to generate invoices at those instances. Requested to rectify the issue.

Overall experience has been good. We have got good support from customer service Managers and our queries have been resolved fast enough. Got good support during Integration. Some issues were there but were resolved in time to time.

The most I liked about this software was its ease of use, ease in integration, timely updation in portal as per GSTR notifications and best part is its customer support provided.

Cons:

In the 'View my Invoice' window filters can be added in all the columns.

Reasons for switching to Clear e-Invoicing

Cleartax software had more options for GST return working, it had backup of CA team for clarifications on Act requirements.
