HAL ERP AUTOMATION

It's good and improves over course of time. New released features are without any charge. Few minor changes are done without any charge if you fall in Enterprise Category.

Pros:

Ease of Use with minimal training. Customer Support is quick and responsive It covers Sales Invoicing, Payroll, Employee data, logistics, Accounts, and inventory. It's automation for workflow via whatsapp is steps away for approval

Cons:

There is limited control with IT. If Studio / Designer can be released for minor changes, that will be added advantage for every company

Its truly a complete package for an organization's ERP

We transfer our ERP system from Ooodo to HAL, Its excellent ERP to cover most of the required needs specially in Finance

HAL is a very simple and compatible ERP and user friendly to provide timely reporting in Finance field, Most of best part is customer support, Ease of Use

Cons:

Some limitation needs to fix like income statement should be reported one detailed Project wise, like now we need to download it individually

Customer support portal is very much up to date and also good sign that they dedicated account manager for it clients

Cons:

Basic financial reports like cash flow, Menu mark or curset for Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable reports

Simple, Easy and Good ERP with comprehensive reporting and can be downloaded in various platforms, elegant view of all work done in a single view in Index page makes the ERP more sophisticated. Tailoring of the ERP is easy with the help of support teams.

Cons:

It's almost fine....the developers has made immense efforts to cover all the point related to business.

The system was very old and the technology changed bring thing on cloud which made us to move to cloud opeartion.

I can say the technical supportThe System is a whole System for the employee life cycle Not complicated for the end-users

Cons:

Not easy to change and edit or change. some editing takes too long to be fixed creating roles for users are very hard and complicated

Good system needs more improvement in some modules.

Now 4 years with HAL At the beginning we were not staified with the program, It is getting better every year.

Ease of use for normal employees. Good customer support. Value of money is good for small and medium size company.

Cons:

Unexpected failur and system hanging. Printing formats unchangeable. No flexibility to modify the workflow and permissions. Help and training videos are not availabe for several parts and functions of the program.

Good service and easy-to-use software. [sensitive content hidden] is a good contact person to work with, he will address all the matters very efficiently.

Cons:

The software doesn't support reporting and presentation based on cross-period year-ends. It can only present major reports like budget, variances, and income support if the financial year end is 31 December. Secondly, the budgeting can only be done for one year.
