About Kallidus Perform

Kallidus Perform is a cloud-based performance management tool that offers a variety of performance management and objective tracking tools. The solution is suitable for large and midsize businesses in most industries.

Users can update progress, add comments and provide details related to ongoing objectives in real time. Managers can request, gather and track informal feedback as well as formal assessments, as well as schedule check ins, comment on employee progress and track goals. Objectives and check-in dates can be modified as needed.

The manager dashboard lets managers view team and individual progress, track goals and provide support to employees in real time. Optional notifications alert users to changes in employee progress, new comments and concerns. Users can also rebrand the interface to feature company colors and logos.

Support is offered via phone, email, and ticketing system. Pricing is per year.

Easy to use...a step forwards for our Performance process

The support for this product is generally very good, and the speed of response/resolution for tickets raised is always very quick.

Pros:

It is much easier to use than other systems we have used, and we have seen more employees using the system as a result. It is intuitive and easy to navigate, and now available on mobile devices which has helped our workforce enormously.

Cons:

I would like to see the Business Objects interface as part of this product. The Excel spreadsheets are useful, but we always have to manipulate them to extract data. Also, we miss the impersonate feature as this is very useful for tracking issues and problem solving without having to raise a log each time. This product will be much better too once the notifications for feedback items on the system are up and running, as this will raise our employee engagement.

Limited design options. Can't change the form as much as I'd like. e.g. the keys

Can roll out a company-wide appraisal process easily and add links so it sits next to learning system.

Cons:

sign off system not logical Limited design, can't put company branding on it End up creating long forms to allow for different keys Limited built in / live reporting
