    Customer portal and pictorial depiction of cash flow. Further , on Customer portal, client can raise query for pending invoices.
    Cons:
    Live Integration need to be improved. It means once invoice is integrated in peakflo from other software such as QB or Zoho, there is no facility to edit or delete invoice in peakflo. Many times once invoice is raised in QB ,it gets integrated with peakflo but by chabge if QB invoice is changed or edited later on, subsequent changes may not be integrated in peakflo. This results into mismatch in QB data and peakflo data.

    Peakflo is less expensive as compared to Upflow.

    The invoice, customer, and reminder delivery tracking reports are all very helpful to our process as a team. Software is easy to use and not very complicated. This has helped the team tremendously in terms of improving our efficiency and productivity.
    Cons:
    I think all features are helpful and easy to use. However, there were some step by step links that were outdated and not in line with the file template to be downloaded and uploaded for updating.

    The benefit is it automatically send reminders to customers if their invoice is due already. And also peakflo put behaviors of the customers if good payor or not and send notification to the user.

    it's very easy to use the Peakflo platform especially during customer meetings, as it is pleasing to look and has such concise charts and reports available to use in presentations.

    the overall platform is easy to use, and pleasing to the eye. Reports generated are also presentable enough to be sent to the customers directly - which is a very useful feature to help us in our interactions with the customers.
    Cons:
    the limited features, it would be great if more features to view the Account Receivables in more detail.
