Pros:

It provides AI driven insights; in a world where everything is driven by artificial intelligence, this comes in really handy with the sage. This functionality plays out in inputting things like vat which helps with tax compliance.

Cons:

Software updates are mandatory and they have a cost to it. This is concerning because that’s unexpected expense for any company.
