About SutiAP

SutiAP is a cloud-based and on-premise accounts payable solution which assists small to large-sized businesses with invoice capture, multilevel payment approval and document management. Its key features include role-based access, multilingual formatting, ACH check transactions and analytics.

The application enables accountants to match vendor invoices with purchase orders and track discrepancies. The solution’s supplier portal helps users accept payments and track transaction history and status. Further, the system allows supervisors to implement general ledger (GL) code and eliminate duplicate invoices.

SutiAP lets managers define different workflows for PO and non-PO invoices, allocate them to the cost center and validate details such as number, taxes and discount rates. Support is provided via email and phone and pricing is available on request.

Pros:

We looked over a lot of products in the initial stage to compare them for our requirements. SutiSoft came on top 3 due to the user friendly interface, easy setups, ease of maintenance and off-course the price tag was the winner. We wanted a product that would be in-expensive but supports our needs and SutiSoft just does that. We are very happy for our purchase and will be happy to provide any feedback to future customers.

Cons:

The Approval workflow setup probably need more fine tuning. When it comes to multiple forked based approvals based on the cost based criteria, you have to jump through the hoops, to have it implemented in Suti. That probably needs to be improved in the future version of the tool. Apart from that, everything is working as expected.

Reasons for choosing SutiAP

Easy of use, easy to maintain, great interface and rich reporting capabilities. Main reason is that it is very inexpensive compared with other products available in the market. The After sales service is also great with good support from the support team.

Employees use this software for submitting any sort of work expenses and the approval system works great. Goes off to payroll and they process

Cons:

Not a great UI and seems old-fashioned. Employees needed help as it was not very intuitive and user friendly

If all SUTI software can connect to each other and with accounting software in a way that the user-side administrator can easily set up, it would help a lot for our efficiencies.

I find this software is very easy to use and high functioning. The simple interface makes the process even more simpler, which is very important being extremely busy. I don't like to spend a lot of time with complicated software. In fact, the simpler the better. This software meets my needs.

I like that I can submit multiple expenses at once and group by type of expense.

Cons:

I use this software for submitting expenses, and although it does the job it can be difficult to use and navigate.Sometimes I miss things and I dont find the steps are obvious and sequential
