About LogMeOnce

LogMeOnce is a cloud-based password and identity management solution that enables businesses of all sizes to manage login credentials and provide secure access to documents, applications and services via a unified portal. The platform allows organizations to protect user accounts against hack attempts and identity theft by scanning the dark web for stolen passwords.

LogMeOnce includes cloud storage encryption capabilities, which allow users to encrypt images, files, documents and other data stored on Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive and other storage applications. It offers a host of features such as auto-login, user/group management, Single Sign-On (SSO) and two-factor authentication, geofencing and more. Additionally, enterprises can personalize the interface with custom logos to establish brand identity.

LogMeOnce lets managers generate reports to view and monitor identity and password vulnerabilities through charts and security metrics. Pricing includes monthly subscriptions and support is provided via phone, email and other online measures.

LogMeOnce - simple to use, but very powerful password manager.

Generally I am happy with LogMeOnce. I downloaded it for one main thing - to have one master password that manages all other passwords that are complex and secure. Nowadays you can't have the simple passwords anymore, so having a great way to store strong passwords without actually remembering them is essential.

Pros:

LogMeOnce is an easy to use password manager. That is what I mainly use it for. It does exactly that - enter the main password once per browser session and you have instant access to all your saved passwords that are automatically filled once you navigate to certain web address. My favorite feature is the autofill of passwords for sure. Makes the whole logging in to sites such a seamless process. Also no need to remember and reuse weak passwords. I can sleep well at night knowing that all my passwords are strong and kept safe.

Cons:

Sometimes it is a tad annoying that logging in from different devices makes you log off from all other devices. E.g from home pc and work pc. I understand it is good for extra safety, but still sometimes I wonder if it is really needed. Sometimes it fills in wrong things with wrong saved password and too quickly logs in and some sites to not accept that and actually fail logging in.

LastPass business model changed and some features became monetized that I needed daily. I.e the possibility to use password manager on multiple devices.

I appreciate being able to use my password across multiple devices. Auto-fill and the Password generator are quite handy.

Cons:

The web UI is very cluttered. Several parts of the UI aren't working correctly. For example on my tablet when I'm in horizontal mode all the numbers for my pin aren't accessible.

My favorite password manager

I really like this service and am extremely happy with the ability to use it on multiple platforms.

Everything. I like the fact that if someone tries to login into my account, I get a notification even if it is me who has entered the password incorrectly. I like the way the system keeps track of the security level of the passwords. I like the suggested password and immediate storage for login.

Cons:

The only issue that I have ever had is sometimes it doesn’t work right on my apple iPhone when I am trying to add the password. If I switch over to the app to copy the information it works fine.

I like the features better with LogMeOnce. It is easier to manage and change the passwords. It also allows me to provide a beneficiary just in case.

Pros:

Really love the way there is no reliance on a desktop file. Makes it really easy to transition to a new device when old one fails or upgrade is needed. The multi-step form login is probably one of my favorite features. Minimizes mouse clicks as I just sit back and logs me in through multiple pages without having to lift a finger. I have a long list of login credentials and I really like the way Logmeonce presents on screen without having to prompt it, allows for a simple scroll and click to access any login with minimal effort. I've experienced less bugs with this password manager than I experienced with Dashlane and Lastpass in the past.

Cons:

I feel the visual representation of data on the phone app could be improved. The UI could be made to look a little more clean and corporate. Browser extension for Opera would be great, but no big deal.

Wasn't able to find any other solution that could minimize mouse clicks and ease of use like Logmeonce.

Was having little bugs and issues and too much back and forth with support to try to resolve. Continued on for some time.

It syncs with all my devices regardless of their brand and pops up whenever I need it to save me time and the headache of making and remembering new secure passwords.

Cons:

It can be finicky with Apple’s password service and selecting it on iOS can trip it to the point where the app has to be opened from the Home Screen rather than from the keyboard password option within another app where the password needs to be entered.

Being able to use this on more than one device has been my saving grace more than once. Other providers make you choose between PC or phone.

Cons:

I would like whoever is set up as administrator to be able to view the passwords and change them on their end.

Free, costumer service was very helpful.

Cons:

Not very pretty, user friendly. Form could be better. I can delet a password acco dentally, not asking confirmation befor deletion ( happened few times)

Not clarified conditions for use: it was not mentioned that I must save my initial password as after 1-2 month of use the face ID would turned of for security reasons. I lost all of my passwords

I use the free version mostly for passwords. I deal with a lot of websites that require passwords and this is easy to use. I would consider upgrading to the paid version as it is still a good value. Customer support is quick and very supportive. Also get useful emails to help learn the product.

Cons:

At times I have found it a bit glitchy, but those problems resolved themselves.

Bitdefender removed the password features from their product and are now charging a yearly subcription for it. To me that was price gouging and I found this as a great alternative
