About Watershed

Watershed is a learning analytics solution that helps businesses in aviation, automotive, finance, healthcare and other industries measure and improve the impact of learning activities. It allows employees to streamline data storage, modification, aggregation, cleansing and retrieval processes of learning documents.

The platform enables organizations to capture and store learning data in the form of xAPI statements in a centralized repository. Watershed offers a variety of features such as role-based permissions, reporting, an interactive dashboard and more. Additionally, it lets managers visualize business data through bar graphs, pie charts and heat maps.

Watershed comes with an application programming interface (API), which facilitates integration with several third-party platforms such as Slack, Jive, SAP SuccessFactors, Degreed, Lessonly, Articulate 360, Credly and more. The application is available to users for free and on monthly subscriptions. Support is extended via phone, email and documentation.

Learning Analytics Platform (LAP) - Watershed

You can select any activity from the report selection menu and filter it as you need ; if you select more than one activity the report will show you all data associated with each activity which make it easier to manage your data.If you work in an organization ; having people organized in groups ; you will be access to navigate your organization by one click on group name within the chart. It helps our institution to see how participation data differs over it.

Pros:

You will be able to access different features that measure training and effectiveness like : Reporting and analytics : it can summarizing your activities ; gives you clue reports ; compares data statistically and lets you know how well your data is performing . Powerful integration : you will gain access to different data sources and display it through flexible reports.

Cons:

It is not a full-on replacement for a learning management store such as maintaining catalogues ; scheduling performance and overseeing the effectiveness .
