About eXsight
eXsight by MTS is a telecom expense management suite. In the system, telecom expenses are attached to telecom assets, so that companies can maintain the minimum necessary inventory of their telecom assets all the time. The asset management module helps users manage unified communication assets such as video, voice, data and wireless.
eXsight's invoice management module helps users prevent overspending before invoices are paid. The dispute management and recovery module track all invoice disputes from identification through resolution. The module reports progress along the way.
Integrations include Microsoft, Avaya and Verizon Communications. Support is provided through email and over the phone.

We have been using MTS with our shoretel system for roughly 5 years and it has been trouble free. MTS is awesome with support and maintenance. They are on top of issues before they arise with consistent maintenance. Their customer support is well informed and quick to respond when I have questions.
